Development storyLuke Skywalker in Bespin fatigues was intended to help carry Kenner’s large-size Star Wars format into The Empire Strikes Back era. He belonged to a planned group with Han Hoth, Leia Bespin Gown and Lando Calrissian, and the project advanced far enough for dedicated boxes to be printed. By then, however, the center of gravity in Star Wars toys had shifted.
