Sand People / Tusken Raider

This release carries the same Sand People / Tusken Raider toy onto an early black-and-blue The Empire Strikes Back card. The 21-back reverse still centers on the original Star Wars figure assortment and transitional mail-away promotion, making the new ESB branding the key visual change. Core toy biography and Ranney Rank are inherited from the foundational toy record; this release retains its own package-specific collector and market treatment.
