Remote Controlled R2-D2

Kenner’s 1979 Adventure Obstacle Set special offer paired the existing Radio-Controlled R2-D2 with a printed obstacle-course mat as a promotional package. The underlying electronic toy remained the same, so Ranney Index classifies this as a Repackaged Release rather than a physical variant. Surviving complete examples are notably scarce.
