Ewok Family Hut
The Ewok Family Hut was the largest and most elaborate commercial toy in Kenner’s 1984 Woktot preschool range. It reworked the company’s successful Treetots Family Treehouse concept into an Ewok environment and included multiple chunky figures, a Baga creature, wagon, hang glider, hammock, bongos and other play accessories. Because so many loose components were included, the Hut is one of the hardest Woktot products to assemble correctly today. SWCA research also warns that catalog and box photography may show the wrong Baga: the Woodland Wagon version has a sculpted halter, while the Hut’s Baga does not. That distinction should be used for authentication rather than creating an artificial variant. This First Issue is cataloged separately because its year, packaging or offer state is collector-relevant. Ranney Rank follows the underlying physical product unless a documented construction change exists; Collector Index and market confidence remain release-specific.
