Death Squad Commander / Star Destroyer Commander

This release carries the same Death Squad Commander / Star Destroyer Commander toy on an ESB 41-back card showing 41 figures and a prominent Action Figure Survival Kit offer across the lower reverse. The mail-away promotion is the package-defining difference. The package configuration is the collectible distinction; the underlying toy-quality scores and Ranney Rank inherit from the foundational figure unless a later physical-variant audit documents a material toy change.
