Death Squad Commander / Star Destroyer Commander

Kenner introduced this Imperial officer on the original U.S. 12-back Star Wars card as Death Squad Commander. Later Empire Strikes Back packaging renamed the same underlying toy Star Destroyer Commander, making the naming transition an important release-history distinction rather than a physical reissue.
