Darth Vader Bop Bag
The Darth Vader Bop Bag translated the franchise’s main villain into a large self-righting punching toy. Kenner’s archival Bop Bag program divided the taller characters into roughly 50-inch 'Big Boppers,' while shorter characters were smaller 'Lil Boppers.' Vader’s height and dark silhouette made him a natural fit for the format. The toy’s design is simple but its surviving condition is not: air leaks, seam splits and failures in the weighted base can make an otherwise attractive example nonfunctional. Step 1 therefore records inflation and base systems as integral product features, while Step 3 separates sealed/unused bags from inflated display examples and repaired survivors. This Repackaged Release is cataloged separately because its year, packaging or offer state is collector-relevant. Ranney Rank follows the underlying physical product unless a documented construction change exists; Collector Index and market confidence remain release-specific.
