Tatooine Skiff

This listing establishes the first documented U.S. issue of Tatooine Skiff in 1985. Ranney Index catalogs this as the USA First Issue for the underlying vehicle. Later packaging of the same physical toy is treated as a Repackaged Release unless documented construction changes establish a Variant or Reissue. POTF release with short production window; later international/package variants require audit.
