Hoth Ion Cannon

Kenner Canada distributed the Hoth Ion Cannon in a hybrid Canadian-market configuration: a U.S. English-only outer box paired with bilingual Canadian instructions, sticker sheet and catalogue. The Canadian Star Wars Gallery records multiple surviving examples and a former Kenner Canada employee explanation that U.S. packaging could supplement small Canadian print runs. The underlying toy is unchanged, so Ranney quality scoring follows the shared physical product while Canadian packaging/configuration scarcity is evaluated separately.
