MLC-3

Kenner Canada introduced MLC-3 (Mobile Laser Cannon) into the Canadian Mini-Rig line in 1981. Canadian Mini-Rig boxes use English printing on one side and French on the other, a defining Kenner Canada packaging feature. The physical vehicle retains the shared Kenner engineering, so the Ranney Rank follows the underlying toy while Canadian release scarcity is handled through Collector Index and market analysis.
